Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Lead a team in managing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.

                                              • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Consolidation: Lead the entire closing process for all group entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

                                              • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

                                              • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and efficiency.

                                              • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

                                              • Work closely with treasury team in looking after cash flow management, funding strategies, and banking relationships.

                                              • Provide support on company secretarial matters, including preparation and filing of statutory documents and maintaining corporate governance standards.

                                              • Collaborate with internal teams to support project financing and investment analysis.

                                              • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required 

                                            • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.

                                            • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems

                                            • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

                                            • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

                                            • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
