Lead a team in managing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Consolidation: Lead the entire closing process for all group entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and efficiency.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with treasury team in looking after cash flow management, funding strategies, and banking relationships.
Provide support on company secretarial matters, including preparation and filing of statutory documents and maintaining corporate governance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to support project financing and investment analysis.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
