Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Lead and prepare accurate and timely management reports for senior management and stakeholders

                                                • Perform in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting

                                                • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes

                                                • Work closely with business units to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations

                                                • Ensure compliance with internal controls and group accounting policies

                                                • Handle ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requests as required

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

                                              • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management reporting or financial analysis

                                              • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights

                                              • Solid experience in preparing management reports and presentations for senior management

                                              • Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred

                                              • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

                                              • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
