职位描述:

Long Term Trust Company is looking to hire experienced legal talents to handle complicated matters for its high networth individual clients. Candidates should be well versed in trusts, wills, family law and marriage law in major jurisdictions.

 工作职责：

• Work with trust consultants to craft solutions to clients’ complicated family matters.

• Work with trust consultants, trust administration experts and outside legal counsel to draft legal documents to implement solutions.

• Work with outside counsel in connection with clients’ major transactions, such as IPOs, stock/asset sale, restructuring, etc.

• Develop and maintain in-house legal forms and documents.

• Develop and deliver training courses on wealth planning matters.

• Assist with application of new trustee licenses.

• Research and write articles for publication in industry magazines/journals and company’s WeChat account.

岗位要求：

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in law from a reputable law school.

• Licensed to practice law in PRC and/or a major common law jurisdiction.

• with more than 5 years of experience with a top tier private wealth law firm or financial institution.

• Be familiar with the entire process of set up and maintenance of family trusts, and have a deep understanding of tax, legal and investment knowledge related to family trusts.

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

• Have a service awareness, team spirit and a sense of responsibility, and possess strong stress resistance and communication skills.

• Good computer literacy and tax/legal research skill.

• Strong focus with high attention to detail.
