Job Summary:
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of marketing or brand management experience, who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment. You will play a key role in supporting brand strategy, executing marketing campaigns, and driving brand growth in the Hong Kong market.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Coordinate and implement 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and healthcare professional channels.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, trade marketing, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure brand consistency and execution excellence.
Manage agency partners for creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, including market share, brand health and campaign ROI.
Support new product launches, packaging updates, and branding activities.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and industry standards, especially those related to infant nutrition.
Plan and manage A&P budget to maximize spend efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG (MNC experience in infant nutrition or healthcare is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
