Responsibilities:

• Perform daily custody operations such as trade settlement operations, monitor trade processing cycle, handle and monitor corporate action events for variety kinds of products and markets, fees and income handling

• Process account opening and manage client onboarding

• Handle client inquiry in relation to custody operation services such as cash movement, trade settlement, corporate actions and billing; follow-up with counter-parties for exception items

• Conduct daily reconciliation on client deposits & holdings and internal accounts;

• Prepare regular reports to clients and management

• Participate in projects from time to time for business development and system enhancement, conduct User Acceptance Test

• Other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Accounting or related discipline

• 5 years of experience or above in banking industry or related areas; experience in custodian business operations with HKQF-related qualifications is an advantage

• Knowledge with QDII, QFII, stock connect, bond connect products are preferred;

• Good knowledge of securities market

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, self-motivated and work independent

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is a must

• Strong office document processing capabilities, proficient is using Office software

• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Officer
