Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud, virtualization)
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, firewalls, cloud)
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery
• Supervise and mentor junior IT staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues
• Promote best practices in IT operations and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, firewalls, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure/AWS
• ITIL or project management experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
