Key Responsibilities

• Ensure export and international shipping activities follow company policies and global trade procedures
• Support day‑to‑day export operations and shipping coordination
• Review export documentation and processes to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations
• Interpret and apply U.S. export control requirements accurately
• Screen customers, transactions, and end uses for compliance risks
• Conduct compliance checks related to EAR, FTR, BIS, OFAC, and other relevant regulations
• Investigate potential export compliance issues and document findings
• Provide trade compliance guidance to internal teams on a daily basis
• Assist managers with research and support for trade and compliance initiatives
• Ensure product movement meets U.S. and international trade requirements, with proper documentation controls
• Perform internal reviews and support audit activities related to the export compliance program
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to leadership when required
• Carry out other duties as assigned based on business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational or electronics‑related environment
• Strong working knowledge of export control and trade compliance principles
• Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required
• Thai or Vietnamese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
• Able to work accurately under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Clear communication and logical reasoning abilities
• High integrity and strong sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with OCR systems and FileNet preferred
