Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve designated sales and profit targets for automation and intralogistics solutions
Explore and develop new business opportunities to increase market share, especially in automated warehouse and AGV/robotics sectors
Implement sales campaigns and programs to drive turnover and profitability
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow through from initial contact to deal closure
Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Proposals
Understand customer requirements and operational workflows to propose suitable automation solutions (AGVs, automated forklifts, warehouse automation systems, stability control technologies, etc.)
Prepare and confirm customer specifications, ensuring solutions align with operational and technical needs
Conduct site visits, feasibility studies and support technical presentations/demonstrations
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, logistics, service, and other interfacing departments to ensure customer satisfaction and solution delivery
Coordinate with sales administration and marketing teams on documentation, proposals, and promotional initiatives
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reporting structures in CRM systems
Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and project progress
Market & Product Knowledge
Keep updated with automation technologies, including intralogistics systems, AGVs, Li-ION solutions, and Industry 4.0 applications
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging automation trends
Requirements
Diploma / University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automation, robotics, material handling, or industrial equipment
Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and technical presentation tools
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and solution‑selling skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
