Responsibilities
Liaises with counterparts in overseas offices to Sustain, Expand and Develop existing & new programs down to operational level
Partner with and Support to internal teams, development team and production teams to drive program implementation smoothly
Responsible and supervision for the customer service team
Monitor, Motivate, and Coach Customer service team to secure high customer service quality to our clients' programs.
Work close with Garment Factories & Handle Sales Complaints
Conduct Regular Customer visits for Customer Relationship Management
Inventory Control is required against forecast collected
Station in China is required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
6 to 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 year managerial experience
Relevant Experience in Printing products & Woven labels is an advantage
Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and presentation are required
Outgoing, Self-Motivated and Aggressive Personality is a MUST
Mature & Strong in leadership with high Accountability
Candidate must able to Work Under Pressure
Good command of both Written & Spoken English, Good Mandarin is required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Key Account Supervisor position
