Be the in-charge of the reception counter and ensure services provided in professional manner
Lead and guide the team to reslove guest special request, turn complaint into complement
Respond to emergency situation, communicate with the management effective and efficiently with solution and recommendation
Build up long term relationship with guest and maximize on day room sales revenue
Handle reports and any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
At least 1 years supervisory experience gained from hotel front desk operation
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Cheerful, proactive and excellent negotiation skills
