Responsibilities: 

• Conduct financial analysis and profiling to align with clients’ goals.
• Strengthen client relationships through market insights and investment updates.
• Provide quality after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Support marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Plan and execute monthly business strategies to meet sales and acquisition targets.
• Identify prospects, deliver presentations, and generate referrals.
• Maintain full compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with China, Treasury, Investment, and Insurance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Adhere to the Bank’s ethical and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management or personal banking.
• Solid understanding of wealth management and banking operations.
• Familiar with the other regional markets e.g. Asia; fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English.
• Proven success in achieving sales goals and managing client portfolios.
• Strong grasp of regulatory and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
