Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the execution of initiatives under the Future UW Blueprint program (e.g. including GenAI-powered underwriting, digital submission, and distribution tool enhancements).
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet strategic milestones.
Present program updates, reports, and findings to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define program specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Familiarity with insurance underwriting processes and digital transformation programs.

• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 10+ years' experience required. Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional business transformation programs.
