Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the airfreight team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods

• Manage airfreight bookings, documentation, and customs clearance processes

• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders and other logistics providers to coordinate shipments

• Monitor and analyse airfreight performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's productivity and customer satisfaction

• Provide leadership and training to the airfreight team to drive professional development

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the airfreight/logistics industry

• Comprehensive understanding of airfreight operations, including customs regulations and documentation requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, airlines, and internal teams

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex logistics challenges

• Proficiency in using logistics management software and data analysis tools

• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin language skills an advantage
