Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of leasing duties of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects

• Handle new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy administration, preparation of budget plan, reports and legal documents

• Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc

• Handle enquiries and complaints of leasing

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Survey/ Property Management/ Real Estate or related disciplines

• 6 years' relevant experience in property leasing

• Independent, proactive and analytical with market sense

• Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

• Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint 

• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Leasing Manager
