Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with best practices

• Establish, maintain, control SOP documentation and manage at dedicated DMS

• Ensure SOPs are readily accessible and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders

• Analyze current business processes across various departments to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and processes using RPA technologies

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, leveraging methodologies such as Lean Practice and Six Sigma

• Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT to align business processes with system designs

• Translate user requirements into clear and concise system design specifications

• Coordinate with users for system testing, documentation, training, UAT and solution delivery

• Assist in ad hoc tasks and project as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Statistics, System Engineering or relevant fields

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related role

• Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher) is preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Frequent travel to PRC is required

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
