Responsibilities:

• • • • • Plan and manage technical projects from concept through development to mass production

        • Define project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks

        • Drive execution across cross‑functional engineering teams

        • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of key development phases

        • Act as the main technical coordination point between different engineering disciplines

        • Support system integration, issue resolution, and cross‑team alignment

        • Identify risks and drive mitigation actions

        • Support product readiness for manufacturing and production transfer

        • Maintain clear project documentation and status reporting

        • Hybrid working with teams in Shenzhen / Greater Bay Area as required

Requirements:

• • • • • • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines

          • 5+ years of experience in technical project management or complex product development

          • Background in embedded systems, software, robotics, or intelligent products is an advantage

          • General understanding of system architecture and cross‑discipline integration

          • Experience working with cross‑functional and cross‑location teams

          • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills

          • Experience working with overseas teams, ODM/OEM partners, or suppliers is a plus

          • Exposure to robotics, automation, or intelligent devices is preferred

          • Familiarity with embedded Linux, RTOS, or system‑level development is preferred

          • Experience supporting products through mass production is preferred
