About Your Role:
Provide day‑to‑day operational support and governance for SAP SuccessFactors, including position management and user access controls
Act as the local system owner, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and information risk management
Partner with stakeholders to optimize HR processes across Employee Central, Recruitment, On/Offboarding, Compensation, and Performance & Goals
Lead HRIS data analytics and produce regular workforce and management reports
Drive the adoption of digital and AI solutions (e.g. Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience
Review and enhance HR communication platforms, including SharePoint, using modern digital and AI capabilities
Deliver HRIS training to internal users and stakeholders
Support diversity and inclusion analytics and other ad‑hoc People & Culture initiatives
Act as project lead for HR and People & Culture transformation projects
Does it sound like you?
University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ hands‑on experience in HRIS management or process excellence
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (position management, compensation, performance management) or SAP HCM
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookups, pivot tables), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills
Excellent project management with leadership skill. Detail‑oriented, reliable, and a collaborative team player
Proficient in both English and Chinese
