We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective digital sales strategies. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
About Your Role:
Manage and grow relationships with kindergarten and NGOs, ensuring strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify opportunities to provide innovative solutions in digital services, IT, STEM and workplace technology tailored to education and non-profit needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complex solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
Stay updated on education sector trends, NGO requirements, and compliance standards.
Does it sound like you?
Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline.
Minimum 1 years of experience in account management or solution sales, preferably in kindergarten sector.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and IT solutions for learning environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record in client management.
