About Your Role:
Manage end-to-end e-commerce platform operations, including product listing, pricing, content optimization, promotion planning, and execution.
Plan, execute, and optimize e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and traffic data, translating insights into actionable recommendations for business improvement.
Own inventory and logistics coordination, including stock forecasting, replenishment planning, and close collaboration with supply chain partners to ensure healthy stock turnover and on-time delivery.
Prepare regular management reports covering sales, marketing ROI, traffic performance, financial settlement, and promotion results; proactively highlight risks and growth opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors/service providers to drive platform enhancements and campaign execution.
Lead daily customer experience and CS performance monitoring, identifying root causes of pain points and proposing process or system improvements.
Support strategic e-commerce initiatives and projects, such as platform enhancements, new tool adoption, omnichannel initiatives, or new business models.
Handle ad-hoc projects and provide strategic support to management as needed.

University degree or above in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
4 years of solid experience in B2C e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Magento 2.0 preferred), including campaign setup, merchandising, and performance tracking.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn numbers into commercial insights.
Good understanding of customer journey, conversion optimization, and online marketing mechanics.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive team player with strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards or reporting tools is an advantage.
