Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating the maintenance requirements, maintenance schedule, record and repair progress, and payment with contractors
• Attend meetings and inspections for the maintenance and A&A projects
• Assist in managing a maintenance team to resolve emergency fault and perform corrective and preventive maintenance works of building service system
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for the E&M installations
• Prepare technical reports and maintain comprehensive maintenance records
• Assist in supervising the outsourced contractors to ensure the works are completed on time and with a high level of quality
• Attend emergency calls, perform off-site on call duties and work on irregular hours when and as required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Degree / High Diploma / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in Building Repair & Maintenance Work
• With good PC skills and AutoCAD
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
