• Lead technical feasibility studies and drive the system-wide implementation of client-side infrastructure (utilizing tools like Certbot) within the Web Content Hosting environment.

• Seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure and internal systems.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and end-to-end automation of hundreds of e-certificates currently managed by the team.

• Provide administrative support and act as a technical point of contact for clients throughout the e-certificate renewal lifecycle.

• Develop robust Linux shell scripts to automate system operations and enhance the efficiency

• Deliver expert-level technical troubleshooting and support related to service components.

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related subjects

• At least 3 -4 years solid, proven experience in Linux shell script programming and general system development.

• Strong background in configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Apache HTTP web servers.

• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting X.509 e-certificates and PKI workflows.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Linux Operating System administration (RedHat, Ubuntu, or similar)

• Good communication skills

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
