To carry out requirement study, system analysis and design, implementation and maintenance for IT systems
To participate in technical study, procurement activities and product evaluation
To oversee the application development and maintenance
To provide technical / architecture support, training and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities
To coordinate work with vendors
To work closely with Cloud Infrastructure Services team
To work closely with banks for the online payment setup and testing.
Higher Diploma or above in Computing
At least 6 years of post-qualification Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience of which a minimum of 3 years in web application architecture design and system implementation / maintenance
Solid experience in Java programming, Reporting tools (e.g. iReport, Crytsal Report etc.)
Proven experience in IT system implementation in government projects
Proven experience in coordination work with vendors
Good communication skills
