• Lead complex IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring all deliverables align with the broader company roadmap.

• Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, managing scope, budget, and resource allocation effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing transparent reporting and managing expectations across cross-functional teams.

• Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks, developing comprehensive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

• Utilize Agile, Scrum, and PMP methodologies to streamline workflows and improve delivery speed without sacrificing quality.

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• 10+ years of proven experience managing enterprise-scale IT projects, including large-scale system implementations and infrastructure upgrades.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with our diverse regional teams.

• Advanced mastery of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.

• A demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certifications are highly preferred.
