Facility Monitoring: Oversee data center infrastructure including power, cooling, fire suppression systems, and coordinate preventive maintenance with vendors.
Incident & Problem Management: Act as the first point of escalation, coordinating responses to incidents and assisting in problem resolution.
Access Control: Manage visitor entry and equipment movement to ensure strict compliance with security protocols.
Environmental Patrols: Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.
Helpdesk Support: Provide timely assistance to users by handling inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting issues.
Operational Support: Assist with inventory checks, site maintenance, and preparation of operational reports.
Higher Diploma or above in a relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations (candidates with less experience may also be considered)
Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift rotation
