Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
Support project planning, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.
Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
At least 7 years' experience in Business analysis
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
