Job Functions:
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive sustainable growth that meet the company's goals
Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies and channels to acquire strategic business partners
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and build relationships with potential business partners
Manage and maintain the administrative, weekly and monthly reporting and planning
Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to make sure plans and projects are communicated and executed accordingly
Plan and manage budget
Perform ad hoc assignments by management
Requirement:
Proven experience in a growth manager role
Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, marketing, or related discipline
Experience in E-commerce/IT/Cloud/PaaS/SaaS/Print-on-demand/Online shop is an advantage
Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, referral programs, and content marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English, proficient in additional languages, is an advantage
Work location: any country
