Core Requirements

Major in Electronics, Materials, Physics, Chemistry or related fields. At least 10 years of working experience in the display industry, with solid experience in R&D, project management and team management. Rigorous and responsible, with global risk control capability, strong leadership, innovation, communication and coordination skills. 

Core Responsibilities

Formulate the company's short-term and long-term technological development directions, routes and strategies, coordinate R&D resources to carry out R&D and application of new technologies, and provide technical guidance for R&D, process and quality inspection. Be responsible for department management and project promotion, establish processes and specifications, lead new product introduction and verification, and ensure customer technical support.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree.   

• English proficiency is required for daily work communication.

• Willing and able to undertake business travel; travel destinations include Qingpu District of Shanghai, Jiashan of Zhejiang, Dalian City of Liaoning, and Phú Thọ Province of Vietnam
