Core Requirements

Major in Instrumentation, Microelectronics or related fields. 2-3 years of FA analysis experience in display panel modules, familiar with TFT fabrication process for display panels and the working principle of MOS devices. English proficiency for working communication. 

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for device characterization testing of e-paper TFT/OTFT display backplanes, development and testing of new OTFT MOS devices, failure analysis of TFT substrate issues, writing FA reports, defining corrective actions and solutions, and operating & maintaining the TFT device laboratory. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree.   

• English proficiency is required for daily work communication.

• Willing and able to undertake business travel; travel destinations include Qingpu District of Shanghai, Jiashan of Zhejiang, Dalian City of Liaoning, and Phú Thọ Province of Vietnam
