Core Requirements

Major in Microelectronics, Optoelectronics or related disciplines. Proficient in TFT fabrication process for display panels, with at least 2 years of experience in TFT array process development. Possess sound problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and teamwork spirit, able to work under project pressure and conduct effective communication and coordination. 

Core Responsibilities

Be responsible for the process design and development of OTFT substrates, including process flow planning, parameter optimization and cuttingedge new technology exploration; Conduct process experimental verification and targeted data analysis, continuously optimize the production process, improve production efficiency and solve core technical problems in a timely manner. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree.   

• English proficiency is required for daily work communication.

• Willing and able to undertake business travel; travel destinations include Qingpu District of Shanghai, Jiashan of Zhejiang, Dalian City of Liaoning, and Phú Thọ Province of Vietnam
