Responsibilities
Ensure facilities are properly maintained at all times.
Monitor the condition of facilities and report any issues affecting operations.
Assist in planning and implementation of various programmes or activities at the facilities.
Provide quality service to customers and ensure a courteous environment.
Handle customers' enquiries and complaints.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Two years experience in the leisure or recreation or related fields. Candidates with one year experience will also be considered
Good interpersonal skills with initiatives to interact with customers and staff.
Good command of spoken both English and Chinese.
Hands-on experience in MS Office applications.
