Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and participate in Team Projects
- Provide secretarial & administrative supports for internal and external parties, includes arranging meeting and transferring management message
- Provide secretarial & administrative supports to the management team, includes arranging meeting and preparing report
- Perform Chinese – Japanese translation for corporate documents
- Perform interpretation for Japanese – Chinese (Cantonese / Putonghua) in meetings, training, and conferences
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
- Travel to China or overseas when required
Requirements:
- Degree holder, with major in Japanese Studies or other related disciplines
- At least 1 years of related working experience, with experience in Japanese company or working experience in Japan would be a plus (Fresh graduates or candidates with junior experience are also welcomed)
- Certification of Level 1 in Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent
- Able to translate and interpret during conferences, lectures, seminars (with experience in oral translation is a definite advantage)
- Proven excellent command of verbal and written skills for both Japanese and Chinese
- Enthusiasm for education industry

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 09:00 to 17:30
