Job Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of data science projects, from data      acquisition and cleaning to model development, validation, and deployment.

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete      quantitative problems and design appropriate analytical frameworks.

• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to      solve real-world problems such as customer churn, forecasting, or      optimization.

• Develop and optimize automated data pipelines and feature      engineering workflows to ensure scalable and reproducible model training.

• Establish metrics to evaluate model performance and business      impact, conducting regular audits to ensure models remain accurate in      production.

• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and      participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and      logic.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,      or related discipline

• At least 3 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist.

• Proven ability to deliver business insights using machine      learning techniques.

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn,      PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.

• Familiar with data preparation best practices and model      training workflows.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, or related data      platforms.

Confident communicator in both Cantonese and English within a business environment.
