Job Description

• Oversee the design, development, and management of cloud-based      portal architectures, including hands-on support and continuous      improvement.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal project      teams, outsourced contractors, end-users, and product vendors to develop,      test, and support portals based on user requirements, ensuring compliance      with system and security standards for both public-facing and internal      services.

• Manage, oversee and support the solutions technical deployment      and low-level design development, ensure the deployed technical setup is      aligned with the solutions design with proper documentations for the      handover to the operation team.

• Perform regular review on existing cloud platform design and      architecture, identify improvement plan to strengthen the operation      efficiency, enhance the performance and security posture.

• Provide expert advice on the adoption of new technologies,      including cloud computing and related platform component integration from      technical and risk aspects to support the company’s continuous growth and      business development.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related      discipline.

• 8 years relevant experience with advanced troubleshooting skill      in cloud infrastructure and container platform, Infrastructure as Code      (IaC), cloud management platform, cloud-native solutions its related cloud      services integration, cloud security design.

• Proven experience in cloud migration projects and large-scale      infrastructure design.

• Good understanding of cloud security, network design, hybrid      cloud connectivity, and best-practice architectures.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with      the ability to work across teams and with external vendors.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA) are highly preferred.
