Job Description

• Manage multiple end-to-end IT project deliveries, overseeing      the entire lifecycle from initial inception to final completion.

• Define and oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets,      ensuring constant alignment with business priorities and stakeholder      expectations.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure strict      compliance with internal Information Security Policies and IT Standards.

• Track and report project financials, including detailed      forecasting, actual expenditure tracking, and variance analysis to ensure      fiscal responsibility.

• Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors,      rigorously monitoring performance, deliverable quality, and milestone      timelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional      teams to resolve dependencies and drive successful project outcomes.

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate closely      with Business Analysts florivorous requirement validation.

• Provide regular progress reports and executive summaries to      senior management regarding project health and risk mitigation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,      or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with a proven track      record of delivering successful IT application development projects.

• Strong expertise in IT Project Management and Vendor Management, particularly in managing external service providers and third-party delivery.

• Mastery of industry-standard Project Management Methodologies;      PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or UAT Lead is a distinct advantage, demonstrating a deep understanding of the project lifecycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese      (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
