Design and implement Azure Landing Zones following Microsoft best practices and organizational security requirements.

Architect and manage endpoint solutions using MECM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot for efficient PC management.

Support and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), including complex hybrid setups like Entra Connect and Exchange Hybrid.

Lead Azure and Entra tenant migrations, ensuring successful workload transitions with minimal business disruption.

Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments to provide a seamless remote user experience.

Monitor and troubleshoot hybrid environments (On-premises & Azure) to guarantee high availability and peak performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Keep pace with the latest Microsoft product updates and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.

Education: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server upgrades, Azure cloud implementation, and MECM/Intune management.

Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Entra ID, Azure Landing Zones, M365 services, and hybrid cloud integration.

Preferred Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator certifications are highly desirable.

Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell or Azure CLI for scripting is a major advantage; knowledge of Terraform (IaC) is a plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
