Job Functions:

• As a project driver, co-ordinate and work with internal parties and external vendors to actualize the ideas into marketable products with the delivery on time and with high quality standard

• Oversee the supply chain and to source variety of and cost-effective vendors in China and South - East Asia

• Build up strong qualified vendor base, well manage and perform audits to vendors

• Perform cost estimation, and price negotiation with vendors

• Research on market trend and make proposal with strong business sense and market knowledge to exploit selling opportunities

• Perform other ad-hoc assignments by management

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years relevant sourcing and merchandising management experience

• Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in Toys (mainly Plastic / Wooden), Gifts & Premium and household décor items is a prerequisite

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and fluent in Mandarin

• Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills

• Good organizing skill & result-oriented

• Travel on request
