Key Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Analysis: Retrieve and analyze data from various sources to address specific research and business needs.

• Reporting & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain automated data reports and interactive Power BI dashboards to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.

• Business Support: Respond promptly to ad-hoc data requests to facilitate data-driven business decisions.

• Insight Generation: Lead data projects to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth.

• Continuous Improvement (AI & Workflows): Stay abreast of the latest AI developments and data analytics trends to modify, optimize, and propose efficient data workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or a related field.

• Core Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI (Essential).

• Advantageous Skills: Familiarity with SQL Server, BigQuery, and ETL processes is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, high sensitivity to numbers, and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Industry Knowledge: A strong interest in or previous exposure to the real estate market is a distinct advantage.
