Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage international property projects from planning to execution 負責海外物業項目的統籌及管理工作,由策劃至執行階段
Liaise with overseas developers, agencies, and service providers 與海外發展商、代理及服務供應商保持聯繫
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client events 協助籌辦推廣活動、展覽及客戶活動
Support sales and marketing teams with project-related materials and logistics 為銷售及市場推廣團隊提供項目相關資料及後勤支援
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables 監察項目進度、預算及成果
Handle client enquiries and provide professional support 處理客戶查詢並提供專業支援
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related disciplines 持有商業、房地產、市場學或相關學科之學士學位
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property project coordination or international business 具三年或以上物業項目統籌或海外業務相關經驗
Strong communication and organizational skills 具備良好溝通及組織能力
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks 能獨立工作及處理多項任務
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin 能操流利廣東話、英語及普通話
