Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities across the Digital Transformation spectrum, including Automation, Data Capturing, EDMS, AI, and Mobility Solutions.
Strategic Account Management: Manage and expand sales coverage within strategic accounts, focusing on domain-specific replications and long-term partnerships.
Executive Engagement: Initiate and maintain "C-Level" relationships to facilitate transparent communication regarding the adoption of Digital Transformation Solutions.
Market Insight: Act as a subject matter expert, updating C-Suite stakeholders on emerging technologies to spark interest in new, innovative projects.
Solution Alignment: Conduct process assessment studies to capture detailed customer requirements, working closely with the Pre-sales team to ensure technical feasibility.
Collaborative Design: Partner with internal Pre-sales teams and external vendors to orchestrate solution design, project proposals, and ongoing support services.
Requirement
Education: Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience: * 2–3 years of relevant sales or pre-sales experience within the ICT industry.
Proven track record in selling Automation, BPM, or Data Capturing solutions.
Exposure to ECM, EDMS, Mobile, or Workflow solutions is a distinct advantage.
Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
