Strategic Roadmap & Resource Planning: Partner with IT, compliance, network operations, and various business units to establish clear project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
Advanced Threat & Risk Management: Establish and update thorough project plans and risk logs. Design mitigation tactics specifically for telecom-related risks, such as 5G slicing, IoT vulnerabilities, core network protection, and roaming security.
Stakeholder & Vendor Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between internal security teams, external partners, vendors, and auditors to facilitate unified project execution.
Security Program Oversight: Lead the execution of incident response enhancements and enterprise-wide vulnerability management initiatives.
Dynamic Issue Resolution: Monitor critical project dependencies, mitigate risks, and implement rapid corrective measures or escalations to ensure all milestones are achieved.
