Responsibilities

• Order Coordination & Follow up (Handle full order cycle from sampling > bulk production > shipment, follow up daily with factories/suppliers on sample status, material readiness, production progress and delivery timelines.)

• Documentation & System Work (Prepare POs, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions and Daily system filing)

• Courier Arrangements

• Printing Order Follow up

• Attend Weekly Marketing Meeting

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 2-3 years working experience

• Fluent Mandarin & English

• No Garment & Fabric experience is required

• Knowledge of Marketing software is an advantage, such as Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, PPT etc.
