Manage the timely month-end and year-end financial closing process, including intercompany reconciliations, while ensuring full compliance with IFRS and Group accounting guidelines.
Provide guidance and support functions on the appropriate accounting treatment for various transactions.
Oversee fixed asset accounting, including asset creation, maintenance, and monitoring of CAPEX reporting.
Handle internal and external reporting requirements, such as Group and management reporting, and deliver insightful variance analysis.
Support and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
Assist in statutory audits, tax compilation, and preparation of annual financial statements.
Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA / HKICPA or similar).
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance or Accounting with a strong performance track record.
Experience working with SAP ERP system is a strong advantage.
Solid operational knowledge of core finance processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, inventory accounting, etc.).
Result-oriented team player capable of managing multiple reporting units.
Strong analytical skills, and sound knowledge of accounting principles.
Demonstrated sense of responsibility, self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills.
