        • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
        • Provide expert advice on procurement strategies, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration.
        • Monitor project performance and financial metrics to ensure objectives are met.
        • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to optimize project delivery and profitability.
        • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
        • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
        • Supervise and mentor the quantity surveying team, ensuring best practices are followed.

                                        • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
                                        • Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on the MEP sector on the contractor side.
                                        • Strong understanding of commercial management principles and contracts relevant to MEP projects.
                                        • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and budgets effectively.
                                        • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
                                        • Proficient in commercial software and project management tools.
                                        • Professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS) are highly desirable.
