                                        • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional accreditation is highly desirable.
                                        • Minimum 20 years of proven experience in real estate development and quantity surveying, with a focus on PRC projects.
                                        • Comprehensive knowledge of PRC law and regulations applicable to property development.
                                        • In-depth understanding of quantity surveying principles, practices, and project audit methodologies.
                                        • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
                                        • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
                                        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
                                        • Proficient in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and project management.
