Full Time

Responsibilities:

          • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project cost plans for development schemes.
          • Support procurement activities including tendering, contractor selection, and subcontractor cost evaluations.
          • Assess contractor claims, review payment applications, and support monthly commercial reporting.
          • Monitor and report on cost-to-complete, value engineering opportunities, and cost risks.
          • Prepare and review variation valuations and support negotiation and settlement.
          • Ensure accurate documentation for final accounts and close-out activities.
          • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and procurement teams to maintain commercial alignment.
          • Maintain compliance with relevant standards, contract terms, and company policies.
Requirements
                                        •  

                                          • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on building projects preferably with consultant or developer.
                                          • Strong knowledge of pre-construction and post-contract commercial processes.
                                          • Experience with cost planning, estimating, cost reporting, variations, and final accounts.
                                          • Ability to read drawings/specifications and produce accurate commercial take-offs.
                                          • Proficiency with industry tools such as Excel and/or QS software.
                                          • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
                                          • Immidiately Available will be an advantage.
