Responsibilities:

• • • • • - Provide legal advice on commercial and contracts matters 
          - Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.
          - Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and government requirements.
          - Collaborate with internal teams, external legal advisors, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes.
          - Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to property development.
          - Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and best practices.
          - Support the company in due diligence activities related to property acquisitions and disposals and Sales Matters.
          - Advise on intellectual property matters related to property development projects.

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • - LLB or JD degree from a recognized university;
                                        - Qualified Lawyer 
                                        - Solid knowledge of Hong Kong laws, regulations, and government procedures.
                                        - Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
                                        - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
                                        - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
                                        - Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
