Key Responsibilities
Provide timely technical support to system users via instant messenger, phone, email, and ticketing system
Monitor system performance, alerts and logs on a daily basis
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to ensure smooth system operation
Identify root causes, resolve incidents efficiently and minimize downtime
Escalate complex cases to senior engineers when necessary
Document support cases, solutions and follow-up actions clearly
Requirements
At least 0.5 – 2 years of relevant experience in technical support; fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience will also be considered
Solid knowledge in IT fundamentals and system troubleshooting
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is preferred
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Able to work 5-day shift, including night and overnight shifts on rotational basis
Immediate availability is an advantage
