Key Responsibilities

                      • Provide timely technical support to system users via instant messenger, phone, email, and ticketing system

                      • Monitor system performance, alerts and logs on a daily basis

                      • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to ensure smooth system operation

                      • Identify root causes, resolve incidents efficiently and minimize downtime

                      • Escalate complex cases to senior engineers when necessary

                      • Document support cases, solutions and follow-up actions clearly

Requirements

                              • At least 0.5 – 2 years of relevant experience in technical support; fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience will also be considered

                              • Solid knowledge in IT fundamentals and system troubleshooting

                              • Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is preferred

                              • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

                              • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

                              • Able to work 5-day shift, including night and overnight shifts on rotational basis

                              • Immediate availability is an advantage
