Responsibilities 

• Support global sourcing strategy and supplier base, including new supplier sourcing and assessment

• Monitor and manage supplier performance, including risk assessment and compliance

• Conduct frequent FOB analysis and negotiate terms for optimal cost savings

• Manage seasonal business allocations and critical program reallocations

• Assist in consolidating and releasing policies and agreements

• Initiate and participate in supplier and cross-functional meetings

• Ensure compliance with general supplier agreements and social compliance standards

• Maintain supplier master data, update PLMs, and support sourcing projects

• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements 

• DSE / Form 5 or above in Textile or related discipline

• 10+ years’ working knowledge of the apparel industry, covering management, merchandising, and manufacturing

• Experience in strategic vendor management, especially with Asian and European vendors, and managing global suppliers

• Excellent negotiation and organisational abilities

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to balance sourcing requirements with technical and commercial business needs

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Self-directed with strong business acumen, capable of driving solutions

• Excellent Excel data analysis & PowerPoint presentation

• Knowledge for PLM system will be of an advantage

• Occasional travel is required
