Key Responsibilities

                        • Assist senior relationship managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring client needs are met.

                        • Prepare client reports and proposals, providing market analysis and business insights.

                        • Manage and update client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

                        • Address client inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.

                        • Participate in client meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

                        • Support sales and marketing activities, assisting in business development plans.

                        • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, providing feedback to support business strategies.

Requirements

                                • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

                                • 3 years of relevant work experience; prior customer service or ARM experience is a plus.

                                • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

                                • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

                                • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with data analysis skills.

                                • Fluent in both written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
