Key Responsibilities / 職責:

  • Act as main contact for enterprise cloud support, ensuring system stability and uptime.

  • Utilize cloud-native monitoring tools to proactively detect, escalate, and resolve critical alerts.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system access, performance, integration, and application issues to minimize disruptions.

  • Manage full lifecycle of service tickets, including severity assessment, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex infrastructure issues.

  • Maintain SLA compliance via regular health checks, patch management, and timely incident response.

 

Requirements / 職位要求:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in operations, technical support, system administration, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered)

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes

  • Experience with AWS and monitoring tools is a plus

  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & Mandarin

  • Willing to perform shift duties (rotating shifts including overnight & weekend)

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
